Contacting us
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you include. Google Workspace provides the mailbox. We use this information to answer your enquiry, investigate a correction and keep a record where a dispute or legal obligation requires it. Supplying it is voluntary, but we need a reply address to respond.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure publication and responding to people who contact us. We retain correspondence while an enquiry remains relevant or a related dispute is unresolved. We remove personal information when it is no longer needed for those purposes, unless the law requires retention.
Providers and overseas processing
Service providers may process information outside the UK, including in the US. Their data-processing terms describe the transfer safeguards they provide, including contractual safeguards where applicable. Details are available from Vercel, Cloudflare and Google Workspace. You can ask us for more information about the providers used for your enquiry.
